Shipping policy

UK Delivery

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service. Next Day delivery is available at an additional cost (orders must be placed by midday). All orders placed on a Friday after midday will be despatched the following Monday.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within a week of receiving your dispatch email, please contact us at misha@misha-uk.com.

International Delivery and Customs Fees

All products are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked International service by default. Internationally dispatched packages, outside of the UK, may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and / or fees imposed by the destination country. There also might be customs delays. These fees can be unpredictable and the responsibility of the buyer.

Collection in Person

All products are available for collection in person Monday to Friday from Overton, Hampshire. This option is free of charge but must be pre-arranged by emailing misha@misha-uk.com to find a suitable time.
